
Warriors Garden Self-Defense
Self-defense is what we teach… Growing warriors is what we do.

Think of life as a metaphor for both the garden and the war. The warrior walks in his garden (life) confidently, knowing he’s prepared to protect himself and everything he grows. The gardener has masterfully grown his garden (life), but has no means to protect it when threatened. This is why we grow warriors and give them the tools to grow and protect their “garden”.
What we teach
We aim to empower others with safety and self-protection skills for themselves and their loved ones. By blending effective techniques from various martial arts with self-defense education and practical training, we prepare individuals to handle diverse situations confidently, both in defense and in life. Our training incorporates a mix of martial arts styles:
- Boxing
- Kickboxing
- Karate
- Krav Maga
- Wrestling
- Jiu Jitsu
What You’ll learn
Self-defense theory and techniques are at the core of what we teach, but growing warriors is the core of what we do. Between the lines of practicing self-defense, lies the true gems of the journey – life skills.
- We use games and fun activities to capture and keep the attention of our youngest warriors, while quietly setting the foundation for self-defense mindset and skills.
- As our warriors grow and develop, we begin to set challenging, yet achievable goals and support their efforts in order build resilience, strength, and confidence.
- When ready, we increase the intensity of training physically and mentally. We expect our warriors to display self-discipline, responsibility, and leadership.
