Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop registration or private/group lesson, contact Dylan Via Email or phone Asap.

Workshops:

Participants may cancel their registration until 30 days before the workshop start time and will receive a full refund of their registration. Participants may cancel their registration between 30 days and 7 days before the workshop start time and receive a 50% refund of their registration. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the workshop start time are not refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

If the workshop is cancelled by Warriors Garden for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. You can also choose to use your payment toward a future workshop or private/group lessons.

Private/Group Lessons:

If cancel a private/group lesson that is NOT held at a location provided by you, you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the venue, which is likely similar to the above policy for workshops.

Policy for cancellations of a private/group lesson that IS held at a location provided by you:

You may cancel 7+ days prior to the lesson for a full refund. You may cancel within 7-1 days prior to the lesson for a 50% refund. In lieu of a refund, you may choose to reschedule the lesson or use the payment toward a future workshop. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the lesson start time are not refundable, but you may reschedule within the next 7 days.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

If a private/group lesson is cancelled by Warrior’s Garden for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
